Kind of a bland one this time! Since there’s not much else rolling through my brain right now I thought I’d break down how I usually write these posts when I’m on the go.

This trip, I didn’t bring my personal laptop which connects to my personal Github account that holds my drafts — I’m currently typing this up using my iPad that I use with a folio case!

But I usually don’t bring my iPad on trips. The only reason I’ve brought it this time is because I’m at home. Usually … I’m on my phone.

Typing longform on my phone is NOT fun but very comfortable especially after a long day of travel. When I was traveling through Alberta with esteemed subscriber Yuxin Dong, there as nothing better than kicking back on my bed and summarizing the poutine of the day. NOTHING would have gotten me sitting upright to write a blog post.

But it does get kinda weird — without the traditional keyboard I’m more likely to rely on bullet points as opposed to full sentences on my iPad folio keyboard.

Anyway just some random thoughts from a tired guy.
