After a week on the road and a red-eye back to New York, I was indeed WAY too tired to do any writing on Sunday.

And now I’m late lol. But let me write something real quick! On my love for diner coffee.

Some of it is really bad. The quality definitely varies. The ones in New York are strong, with a pretty strong slap that brings you awake. One of the best diner coffees I had on my trip was at a gas station diner in South Dakota. It was weaker, I could vaguely taste the salt they had put in the coffee. But it felt digestable, like it was meant to be sipped over long amounts of time.

They also put it in a styrofoam cup which I had never drank coffee out of before (but it was a very good one!).
