things i think about while powerwashing 196
To be honest, I haven't had much to write about lately. I guess I'm out and about traveling again — no where interesting! Just Dallas for League of Legends Worlds. The last time this event was in the US it was in NYC and my friends (various esteemed subscribers) had a lot of fun hanging out and watching the games. I've been having fun too this time!
Anyway here's a small recap of my life lately:
I cleaned up my server closet! I finally bought a real stand for everything and it feels a lot more organized.

After on the left, before on the right.
I've also been trying to read again — but have not had as much success. I'm currently flipping through The Prophet by Khalil Gibran, On Photography by Susan Sontag, and Autobiography of Red by Anne Carson. Work has been pretty busy so I end up reading and writing work documents on the train instead or zoning out and listening to music.
I feel like I somehow am at the time of my life where I'm starting to get a grasp of how long the road is ahead. Between the project deadlines, the weekend fun and games, and the other twists and turns of daily life I get a glimpse of the long road ahead; like when you walk down a stairwell and get a peak of how high up you are. What will the rest of my life look like? Will I just wait for it to catch up to me, or should I join a run club? Anyway here's some pics from worlds!

Yeah four days would be optimal. But then we would have to finish all the work in the week in four days. Maybe? Idk.
